For Job Seekers:

Your submitted information is truthful and accurate.
You are solely responsible for your resume, profile, and any content shared.
For Employers:
You agree that:
Job requirements /request and employer information are truthful, lawful, and do not discriminate unlawfully.
You will not collect candidate data for purposes outside of hiring without consent.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Credened provides its Services “as is” and makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credened shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services.
